Fernando is a certified Nurse Practitioner that graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Nursing in 2009. He then graduated with a Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in 2014. Fernando started with Bay Area Infectious Disease in 2014.
