    Hemali is a healthcare professional that holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (from Toledo University) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Geographical Information Systems (from The Ohio State University) studying population health. She brings to CAN approximately 10 years of experience working with large hospital systems, various types of pharmacy (compounding, mail-order, hospital inpatient pharmacy, retail, etc…), FQHC, and non-profit community based organizations throughout the United States. Specializing in compliance auditing related to 340B Drug Discount Program, The Joint Commission, FTCA, USP 700/800 standards and FQHC regulatory standards. Continuously working with Third Party Administrators, EMR vendors, pharmaceutical wholesalers, hospitals, and healthcare organizations on 340B projects, policy and procedure development, QA/QI programs, and data analytics. Experience in multiple successful HRSA 340B audits, program expansion with contract pharmacies, and gap assessments. Successful in developing monitoring activities, including data analytics and dashboard development for process re-design and improvement. Hemali is Indian born, who enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and an Ohio State Buckeye fan at heart.
