Hansil is a Registered Pharmacist, licensed in seven states and has over 25 years of experience in leadership and management. His strengths and skills are people management, process engineering and optimizing efficiency. He is a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and has utilized those principles in streamlining and improving processes that improve quality and patient care in a variety of pharmacy practice settings like Hospital, Community pharmacy, Mail Order, Pharmacy benefit Manager, Hospice, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturer. Hansil joined CAN as a Director of Pharmacy Operations in October 2019. In his current role as the Chief Pharmacy Officer, he oversees operations for all the Pharmacy’s owned by CAN – Tampa Family Pharmacy, Mail-Meds and Pride one Pharmacy. Hansil enjoys travelling and spending time with family. Hansil lives in Brandon and is married to his wife, Hetal, and together they have 2 beautiful children, Ria and Ishan.
